If you’re passionate about results, if you take pride in making people’s working lives better and – crucially – you are willing to ‘get your hands dirty’, then you’re potentially a Celerant person.
And if you want a different kind of consulting career, one that will help you to realise your potential and develop in ways you never thought possible, then maybe you should be a Celerant person.
Note: If you like working to prescribed methods, if you prefer status symbols to status reports, you put ruthlessness before thoroughness and the thought of swapping a designer suit for a boiler suit fills you with horror, then you’re not a Celerant person. Sorry.
