Organisational Re-design

Using a PEX approach to map, measure, and quantify the current reality of their full-time equivalent (FTE) loading and task activity was the first step towards the re-design for the client. From this detailed understanding we were able to construct new process flows and overlay those designs with the correct FTE loading. Having defined the total numbers required, our approach helped the client to develop and select the most efficient organisational structure to manage the new organisation with correctly balanced spans and supervisory levels.
