Using a Celerant methodology known as Programme Excellence™ we are able to investigate the performance of any major programme and identify the key risk to overall programme success. Once identified we are able to recommend and implement the priority abatement plans to eliminate risk probability and/or the priority contingency plans to reduce impact.
