A unique club for Masters of Change
The Celerant Change Club has established a series of encounters and exchanges that discuss the conditions for success of major change initiatives within companies. Held on a quarterly basis, these exchanges act as levers for building commitment in change issues across executive levels and throughout workforces. They are always companies’ testimonials.
Change management is a human adventure that requires continuous exploration and practice. The Club is therefore open to all managers and academic profiles who already have experience with corporate change, either inside or outside Celerant Consulting. It strives to include representatives from all economic sectors, managerial functions, and company sizes.
